My home studio is located in Finchley, North London, and I also teach frequently in Alexandra Palace. However, my teaching extends across all of London! I offer flexibility by traveling to clients' homes for private sessions or events, depending on your needs.

For all classes, please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You might also want to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

For public classes, mats are provided, but you are always welcome to bring your own if you prefer. If you're attending a more restorative or gentle session, bringing an extra layer like a jumper or blanket can enhance your comfort during stillness.

You are absolutely welcome. My classes, whether public sessions or private 1:1s, are designed to be inclusive and supportive for all levels, including complete beginners. We move at a gentle pace, focusing on mindful movement and offering modifications for every body. There's truly a space for everyone to explore yoga, no matter your experience level.

For general classes and ceremonies, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

For retreats and private sessions, unique terms apply to each booking. These will be clearly communicated to you at the time of your reservation.
